Q: How old do I have to be in order to reside at Park?A: You need to be 62 yrs or older, or 18 yrs and older with a certified disability.
A: Income limits are minimally $900/month and maximally $3,312.50/month. (No minimum income requirements are applied to Section 8 vouchers. However, there are no Section 8 vouchers available. Section 8 waiting list is closed.)
Q: How long will it take from the time my application is received until I move in?
A: Currently, our waiting list is approximately one to two years long.
Q: Are there any medical staff or services provided at your property?
A: Trinity Park Inc is an independent living facility with no on-site medical or maid services
Q: How large is an apartment there? Are there two-bedroom apartments?
A: Our smaller apartments (28 units) are 445 sq.ft. and the larger apartments (12 units) are 500 sq.ft.
Q: Are utilities included in rent?
A: If a tenant wants air conditioning, the tenant supplies their own window air conditioner with a $13.50 per month additional fee in their monthly rent during the months of June, July, August & September.
Q: What if I use a wheelchair? Can I manage to move around in the apartment?
A: All of the apartments are handicap-accessible, but not mobility-free.
Q: Can I bring my pet with me to my apartment?
A: Trinity Park Inc has a Pet Policy as follows:
- One Dog - at full grown size can not exceed the following
limitations:
- Weight - No more than 20 pounds
- Size - No more than 18" high
- Animals that assist the handicapped are excluded from pet size, type, weight, and pet deposits
- Up to two cats - Not to exceed 19 pounds
- Fish - Not to exceed 1 pound
- Ex-large Oscars are not allowed
- Bird - No large / small exotics, talking birds acceptable within noise limits
Pet deposit is $300.00 - $50.00 first month, $10.00 each month thereafter until $300.00 is paid.
Q: Is this a Smoke-Free facility?
A: Trinity Park will be Smoke-Free by August 2012.
Q: Who owns Trinity Park Inc?
A: Trinity Park Is a self-perpetuating corporation (self owned) that is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors follows the guidelines of Section 501 (c) 3, non-profit organization under the IRS tax codes.
